Savoura Pond (also known as Savoura Lagoon or Erimitis Marsh) is a brackish-to-freshwater coastal marsh located right behind Avlaki Beach in the pristine Erimitis ecosystem of northeast Corfu. From a birding perspective, it serves as an easily accessible micro-hotspot that attracts a surprising variety of wading, migratory, and wetland birds relative to its small size.

The best times to go birding at Savoura Pond are during the spring migration (April–May) and autumn migration (August–September). During these periods, the pond serves as a critical resting area for migratory. Early mornings are ideal to avoid beachgoers arriving at Avlaki beach.
