Sloe/Hairy Shield Bug (Dolycoris baccarum)

The Sloe/Hairy Shield Bug (Dolycoris baccarum) is a common stink bug known for the fine, pale hairs covering its body. Its two common names refer to its distinctive appearance and its common presence on blackthorn plants, though it also feeds on many others.
