Arachnids

Green-fanged Tube-web Spider (Segestria florentina)

Tube-web spiders are in the family 'Segestriidae' and can be recognised because their first three pairs of legs are arranged facing forward in what appears to be an adaptation for living in silken tubes. They have six eyes, instead of eight, which are arranged in a semicircle.
