Napoleon Spider (Synema globosum)

The Napoleon Spider (Synema globosum) is a distinctive species of crab spider (family Thomisidae) named for the unique black markings on its abdomen, which resemble a silhouette of Napoleon Bonaparte wearing his iconic bicorne hat.
