Candy-striped Spider (Enoplognatha ovata or latimana)

Enoplognatha ovata and Enoplognatha latimana are two nearly identical sibling species of cobweb spiders in the family Theridiidae. Collectively known as 'Candy-striped Spiders', they are famous for their striking colour variations. They cannot be told apart by the naked eye, so scientists and recording schemes group them together.
