Snakefly (Dichrostigma flavipes)

The Snakefly (Dichrostigma flavipes) is a species of snakefly found in Europe that is known for its predatory habits in both its adult and larval stages. Like all snakeflies, it gets its name from its long, slender prothorax, which resembles a snake-like neck.
