Waved Umber (Menophra abruptaria)

The Waved Umber (Menophra abruptaria) is a nocturnal moth found across Europe, often in woodlands and gardens. Its mottled brown forewings display distinctive wavy lines, providing excellent camouflage against bark. This species overwinters as a pupa, completing one generation per year.
