Gorse Crest (Brachmia blandella)

The Gorse Crest (Brachmia blandella) is a small, inconspicuous moth found across Europe. Its brownish forewings, marked with subtle darker spots, provide camouflage among vegetation. The larvae feed inside gorse (Ulex) shoots, making it closely tied to this spiny plant.

The Corfu Nature Website currently contains over 6,000 photographs of  more than 1,100 wildlife species found on Corfu.
