Migratory Locust (Locusta migratoria)

The Migratory Locust (Locusta migratoria) is a species of grasshopper known for its ability to form massive, destructive swarms. It has the widest range of any locust species and is native to Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The species is notorious for its ability to devastate crops.
