Great Green Bush-cricket (Tettigonia viridissima)

The Great Green Bush-Cricket (Tettigonia viridissima) is a large, bright green insect with long antennae and powerful hind legs. Found in grasslands and hedgerows across Europe, it feeds on leaves and small insects. Males produce a loud, continuous song to attract females.
