Orange Tip (Anthocharis cardamines)

A small, white butterfly in the family Pieridae (White, yellow butterflies)
Flying in March | April | May

The Orange Tip (Anthocharis cardamines) is common and widespread in Corfu.
The males are very obvious, they are small/medium white butterflies with bright orange wingtips. The females are harder to identify as they are white with black wingtips and can be confused with the Eastern Dappled White.
