White Stork (Ciconia ciconia)

The White Stork (Ciconia ciconia) is a large, elegant waterside bird with striking white plumage contrasted by black flight feathers. It has long red legs and a straight, pointed red bill. Known for its graceful flight and migratory behaviour, it often nests on rooftops and tall structures. Common in Europe, Asia, and Africa, the White Stork is a symbol of good luck and fertility in many cultures.
