Spotted Flycatcher (Muscicapa striata)

The Spotted Flycatcher (Muscicapa striata) is in the family Warblers/Flycatchers and is a small, slender migratory songbird found across Europe. It has grey-brown upper parts, pale underparts, and subtle streaks on the head and breast. Perching on a branch in the open, it catches insects mid-air with its agile flights.
