The Mute Swan (Cygnus olor) is among the world's heaviest flying birds, known for its white plumage and bright orange bill with a distinctive black lump, known as a 'Knob', at the base of it. Although they are called 'mute' swans they communicates using grunts, snorts, and hisses for defence.
