Eurasian Eagle-owl (Bubo bubo)

The Eagle-Owl is a large, powerful raptor, in the family Raptors/Owls, with striking orange eyes and prominent ear tufts. It has a mottled brown and black plumage. Found across Europe, Asia, and parts of Africa, it hunts small mammals and birds, and is known for its deep, resonant hoots.
