Goose Barnacle (Pollicipes sp.)

Wikipedia:

🇬🇧 Goose Barnacles are filter-feeding crustaceans that live attached to hard surfaces of rocks and flotsam in the ocean intertidal zone. In the days before birds were known to migrate, Barnacle Geese were thought to have developed from this crustacean through spontaneous generation.
