Silver-sided Sector Spider (Zygiella x-notata)

The Silver-sided Sector Spider (Zygiella x-notata) is also known as the Missing Sector Orb-weaver. It is a small, harmless spider often found around buildings, known for building an orb-shaped web with one sector missing, leaving a single signal thread. Its abdomen has silvery-grey sides, a white triangular patch at the front, and a brownish, leaf-like pattern on its back.
