Harvestman (Opilio saxatilis)

The Harvestman (Opilio saxatilis) is in the order Opiliones. It is known for its long, spindly legs and its single, fused body. Unlike spiders, harvestmen do not produce venom or silk. O. saxatilis is found throughout Europe, with an origin likely in the eastern Mediterranean.
