Tachinid Fly (Gymnosoma clavatum)

The Tachinid Fly (Gymnosoma clavatum) is known for its endoparasitic life cycle, in which its larvae develop inside and eventually kill various species of stink bugs and other shield bugs. As adults, these flies are often found on flowers, consuming nectar.
