Chequered Tachinid Fly (Dinera ferina)

The Chequered Tachinid Fly (Dinera ferina) is a species of parasitic fly known for its bristly appearance and checkered abdomen. A member of the family Tachinidae, its larvae are parasitoids of various beetle species.
