Black-headed Gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus)

The Black-headed Gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) is a waterside bird distinguished by its dark chocolate-brown head during the breeding season, which turns white with a dark spot behind the eye in winter. Found across Europe and Asia, they frequent coastal regions, lakes, and rivers. Their diet consists of insects, fish, and scraps.
